Alicia Prucknic is a highly experienced healthcare professional with nearly two decades of expertise in nursing and mental health care. She is a Registered Nurse and a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Alicia holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Henry Ford Community College.
Alicia has a diverse professional background, including owning and operating Care First Case Management, a company that manages care and advocates for clients catastrophically injured in auto accidents. Her expertise spans coordination of care, crisis evaluation, medication management, marketing, billing and coding, and preceptorship. She has worked in various roles, such as Psychiatric Emergency Room Nurse, Nurse Manager, Clinical Liaison, and Charge Nurse, across reputable healthcare institutions like Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, Vibra Hospital, and Beaumont Hospital.
